Foto van een Fendt 920. Can anyone tell me what this is?

the 2 spools on the top with the orange and blue protection caps.

load sense, the pump gives oil when de machine needs it. the return connection sit by the right lift arm.

The bleu and orange “caps“ for covering the valves? Do you mean those two or the extra hydraulics block that according to me looks build on afterwart.

the brake and air is further down, but i think it is load sense

it is load sense, the right is the pressure connection en the left is for the control of the pump.

than i think it‘s loadsence like you said before for machines whit a blok with valves. ( dont know the english word for stuurventiel)

when de baler have load sense the pressure come by itself.

@Erik307 let wel op dat de pers op LS staat en niet op rondpompen.
En je bent een dikke vrije retour nodig

de dikke vrije retour hadden deze trekkers altijd standaard en de load-sense was optie, de vrij retour hangt rechts naast de hefarm aan de lat van de versteltrekbek.

The baler is set for LS and i have a big free return on the tractor so i think it will work

for changing the manifold of the machine you could better consult the manual. Most of the manuals contain a chapter about using load sensing or use an open center. (continious oilflow)

Changing from open to closed can be easy by changing just one lever to change a cartridge in the first plate of the controlblock. Please google the make of the valves.

volgens het verhaal was de pers LS voorbereid, dus hoeft hij toch niks te veranderen?

jazeker wel, er moet aan het ventielenblok van de pers iets aangepast worden, of simpelwes een kogelkraan omzetten maar misschien moet er zelfs een setje met een ander stuurschuifje besteld worden. Sommige blokken hebben standaard b.v.een 2/2 klep, in dat geval hoef je alleen maar een schakelaar om te zetten.

The baler has been used with LS so i think it is ready to go

but i will of course read the manual before i start! I also have to change the hydraluic connetion with the orange protection because it is a different one on the baler.

dan snap ik het nog niet,, als je een pers koopt die altijd met LS gebruikt is moet je toch de snelsluiters pas maken en gaan met dat ding, dan hoef je aan de schuiven toch niks meer te veranderen als het altijd zo gebruikt is en gewerkt heeft?

the blue cap connector is the control line load sensing the orange one is the direct pump pressure. the blue one detects that there is pressure needed so the orange one gets pressure from the pump when the bleu one detects that pressure gets to high (when you stop with a function) it stops the flow to the orange one. there must be a return flow that is the big one under the green spoolvalve at the back.

going to try it out tomorrow so im hoping it works good

Yep, i used the return flow on our old baler, now the new one has got load sensing and i think its gonna be alot better than pumping the oil all the time.

@Erik307 load sense saves a lot of money because the oil flow doesnt run al the times bud only when the baler needs some. And he gives what he needs and not to much.
