Renault 551 s

A Renault agent told me a good story about a 551s. They were at a working demonstration and Fords had the plot next door to the Renault plot. Fords were demonstrating PTO driven straw chopper on a 6610 and it was smoking quite a lot ( Well I did say Ford didn't I? ). When they parked the tractor one of the men on The Renault stand asked if they could borrow the chopper. The Ford men laughed when they saw them hitching a 551s onto it. But they soon stopped laughing when they saw the little 551 going down the swath chopping up the straw without even a wisp of smoke!
